Order form places me in wrong country and says my postcode is wrong.

This is absurd.

I am attempting to purchase an update to Photoshop Elements. When I complete the payment form, which appears in Spanish, my country is shown automatically, greyed out, as Reino Unido (=United Kingdom); I am unable to change this to España (=Spain), which would be correct. I have not lived in the UK for 19 years; I purchased Elements for the first and last time when I was resident in Poland.

When I complete the purchase form with my card number and so on and hit Continue I'm informed that my postcode is wrong, presumably because it is, correctly, in Spanish rather than UK format, and I am unable to complete the transaction.

The help system, while pretending to offer the possibility of a Chat cycles round and round through a series of inappropriate options.

Does anybody know how to communicate, by email, phone, chat or by cleft stick, with the numpties at Adobe so that I can pay for one of their products?
