I logged in and ordered an upgrade from Premiere Elements 15 to 2020.
Even though I orderted it from my current email address, the dowload instructions were sent to my OLD email address (which I used to buy PE 15 in the first place) and I only got confirmation because I had set up my old account (not used for several years) to forward all mail to my new account.
So to install Premiere Elements 2020, it is asking me to log into an account that uses the old email address - but I can't do that!
Adobe - can you please contact me to get you to transfer the licence to my current, active, mponthly subscription account!?
