Bonjour, 

J'ai souscris à un abonnement d'une période d'essai de 14 jours pour tester adobe animate. J'ai sousris le 16 juillet. Aujourd'hui, on est bien le 30, donc le 14ème jour. Je ne peux plus résillier gratuitement. Pour résillier je dois rembourser la moitié de la somme que j'aurais du payer en 1 an la blague. Comment je peux me dépatouiller de ce problème. Merci d'avance.
