Hi, I paid for an all apps subscription, money has been taken from my credit card but I have no active apps available for download. How long does this take? No customer help abailable! Should I contact my credit card and cancel?

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
