Bonjour,

Merci d'avance

thank you.

my french never was very good (i just had to be able to read french text in my phd field - mathematics) so if you could translate that error message in your screenshot that would be helpful.  to me, it looks like it says you do not have access to the adobe apps.

if my understanding is correct, check your account (account.adobe.com) to make sure your subscription is what you think it is (and more importantly) to confirm your subscription adobe id.

then sign out from the cc desktop app and then sign in (using the same adobe id used to confirm your subscription).

You do not have access to application management features.

To manage the applications, authorization from your IT administrator may be required.

Thats the translation of the message,

yes my id adobe account is the same, I have this subcription.

I've try on an other laptop (a PC not a mac) and it's works and I see my adobe apps install on this laptop...

I haven't any IT admin, 'cause this computer is mine.

and I'm IT manager in my company.

I can't believe that this probleme exist since maybe 2years.... and nothing is fixed yet....

If you have an idea... thanks

because I have a deadline friday for new artworks.....

==> clean all !!!!

Restart computer

ré-install Creative cloud desktop, et normalment là apparaît

>>>> Bibliotheque/application support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/service.xml

Deconnectez-vous, fermer creative cloud Desktop

Edit du fichier service.xml, comme ci-dessous :

Il faut changer false par true:

<config><panel><name>AppsPanel</name><visible>true</visible></panel><feature><name>SelfSe rveInstalls</name><enabled>false</enabled></feature></config>
