I have been using the Adobe Creative Cloud applications for almost 3 months now. Adobe properly charged my account in August and September. By chance I saw today that there was suddenly a problem with the third debit:

"There is a problem with your payment details. Please update your payment information."

That surprised me a lot, because nothing has changed until today, no change of account, change of address or name, and my debit card (payment method by direct debit is selected) has not expired and works properly. This has also not been reissued to me in the meantime. Still, I have this problem.

Well, because I click on the suggested button "Update payment" and a window opens with the message:

" Billing problem

There is a problem with your payment. Update your billing information so there is no disruption to your service. "

No matter what I change to my information, re-enter the account number or re-enter everything ... nothing helps. The message disappears after entering the information, as if everything was fine now. However, if you refresh the page, it becomes clear that the problem is still there.

I am really at the end of my Latin. It really seems to me as if they don't want my money. I would like to pay for the subscription and of course this too. But I should also be given the opportunity to do so.

Regards

xxx
