Payment went though but no subscription

I bought the yearly subscription of all apps (with student discount) and the payment went through and I do not have access to any applications. The subscription doesn't appear on my adobe account so I can't even cancel to get my money back. Apparently it takes about an hour for it to register, but it's been 3 hours so I'm beginning to think it didn't work.
