We have talked to support and they also tried to troubleshoot this via desktop control with no success.

Error code P1 or 1.  Background:  CC was not updated prior to Mac Catalina install originally and then worked for a while but finally became corrupted. We used Adobe Cleaner tool multiple times, also tried Clean My Mac. There are no Adobe applications left in the Finder. We tried to manually remove any old preferences files in the library in case that was a problem, but it did nothing to solve the error. The tech we talked to said he would have to do research and never got back to us.

So, this is what the security looks like- permission for installer to access downloads folder. No other Adobe program files
