What is it?
install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
if that's what you've done and that's triggering error code 183 > exit (file>exit cc) the cc desktop app and then restart it with admin privileges>then retry installing ps.
is that "error code 183" or "exit code 183" or, even better, if the message is in english, embed a screenshot of the error.
are you using the cc desktop app to install?
do you have a team/enterprise subscription?
