Photoshop cs 5.1 crashing on Win 10 (Illustrator and InDesign work properly)

Photoshop CS 5.1 work for a minute or two and then freeze, other CS programs runs properly.
Win10 x64
It works properly when log on with another user!?!?

I'm not sure whether this is better off in Get Started or Photoshop, but let's try you out in Get Started, first.
