Hi,

I download photoshop cs6 without log in and install with a valid serial number.

After entering the serial number the install app asked me to log in with my userID. So, I logged in.

Then I finished my installing but I cannot open my photoshop cs6.

It says photoshop cs6 is not in my creative cloud photography plan!!

And I checked Registered Products. it says You have no registered products.

I can provide my serial number and active time but I don't know whom should I tell.

I have no idea how to open my photoshop now!

Can someone help me?

Thanks,

Yuchen

Read Cloud takes over https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2089127 for some ideas (see reply #1)

Also, When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

-Forum quick start https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5601

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?
