photoshop elements 9 downloading

I have bought Photoshop  elements 9,  3-4 years ago  (cd) on a PC, I have a serial number.  Now I have a new IMAC without CD. I want  to download Photoshop elements 9, but the downloading stop in the middle.  What is the problem, is-it possible to do that 3-4 years later?

try a different browser and/or internet connection and/or use a download manager and/or download from prodesigntools.com

it's a trusted site, but that post is from 2.5 years ago and adobe changed their links.

if you purchased from or registered with adobe, check your account (using the same adobe id you used to purchase and/or register).
