Photoshop fails to download at ~20%

When logged into CC I try to download photoshop on my new windows install, and it consistently fails at around 20% complete.

 

I can download large files via browser just fine, and I have checked that CC is allowed through the firewall, so I am not sure what the issue could be - do you have any ideas I can try?

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
