I was going to open Photoshop today and it didn't open. (It was perfectly fine yesterday) The icon bounced once and then disapeared.
I tried uninstalling and reinstaling (the individual programs as well as the whole Creative Cloud) and it worked for Indesign, but Illustrator and Photoshop still don't open.

I tried installing earlier versions, I tried opening with Command+Option+Shift and nothing works.
Does anyone know what could this be and how to fix it?

first try, resetting the cc app. to reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, reset your problematic program preferences -
