Photoshop Installer wants to make changes enter User Name and Password

When the installer ask for my User Name and Password it is not refering to my Adobe ID. I am at a lost because what name and password could they be asking for?

This is the normal message when you install ANY software. It comes from your system, and needs the password you chose when you first switched on your computer NOT your Adobe ID.
