Photoshop to second computer

 I have been using Photshop for over 25 years.Bought subscription for photography last week.Downloaded photoshop on laptop last week.I read all over adobe website that i can install the photoshop app to a second computer.However when i try to install it it asks me to "TRY" it.I dont want to pay twice for something you have agreed to allow on two computers. Now if you want to send me to another page that explains how to install it dont bother ive been through all that already.Do you or dont you allow photoshop on 2 computers and if so i want the real guide to doing it.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
