I have an annual photography plan and pay every month for photoshop.
The photoshop that is installed on my desktop doensn't work as it is mentionned that the free trial expired.
I do not need that free trial as I pay every month for the program.
I tried to reinstall, but that didn't change anything. It is still stuck.
Who can help me to fix this ?

Creative Cloud sometimes reverts to trial mode. But that doesn't mean your subscription ended. To be certain, check your account status and ensure payment details are current below.
Try logging-out of Creative Cloud desktop app and logging-in again with your PAID id and password. Also refer to the links that @John T Smith posted.
