Photoshop will not install, fails on certain percentage (Usually 50% or 11%)

Hey all,

Recently been trying to download Photoshop.

I can install other apps like illustrator perfectly fine, but when it comes to Photoshop it's a different story.

I get the error code 113 and this:

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
