Hi Adobe,
Is it still being held as a hard-line for monthly plans to pay a cancellation fee? I signed up for the plan for a class months ago, didn't know (didn't read) that there would be a cancellation fee. Here we are in COVID, I'm trying to save money, and I have to still pay $20 to cancel the subscription that I haven't used in months? I get that you guys need money, but you've got a lot more than we do.

You signed a contract for a one year subscription when you "clicked to agree" to the terms
