Please help confused person with new Download Issue!

Just purchased/attempting to download Photoshop Elements 2021.  Can't get beyond the "Sign in required".  Repeatedly done, but no progress.  Tried alternative email address. Tried re-downloading.

 

Secondly a little notification has been popping from right on desktop. Looks like the creative cloud logo & an issue with coresync libraries support or something.

 

I'm  pretty new to using Mac so need basic explanations/guidance if there's a real techy issue!

Got helpful advice from Adobe but still Macos Catalina would not play with this version of PS E!

It is asking you to Sign In using the Adobe ID (email address and password) you used to Buy the program.

 

Do you remember that email address and password you used when bought Ps Element 2021.

 

Where did you buy it from? Directly from Adobe or throught the Apple Mac App store (Bad Idea).

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

 

Yes I understood the signing in part no problem. But it was stuck in a loop with no escape!

 

purchased via Adobe's website.

 

Despite 'professional' help from Adobe still no joy.  

 

Opted for a refund.

 

Now to decide on an alternative photo editing/arty software that is compatible with Macos Catalina 10.15.
