Hi,
I subscribed to Adobe Cloud now.
Every time I start my computer, i get a popup notice:
To open "CS5ServiceManager" you need to install the legacy Java SE 6 runtime.
How do I get rid of this popup notice?
Thanks,
JoAnn

Yes, this works! Thanks - I didn't realise you had to do a specific uninstall of the software

The Cleaner Tool did not stop the popup. I uninstalled CS5 over 2 years ago and removed every possible file associated with it. The cleaner tool could not find any more CS5 files. But the popup still appeared every time I turned on my computer. I spent too much time with both Adobe and Apple tech support trying to remove the popup. Finally Apple told me to just install Java (which I had been trying to avoid). The popup has a "More Information" button which takes you to the Apple Java download page. I did that, and the popup stopped. Yesterday I upgraded to OS Mojave and the popup reappeared! I ran the Adobe cleaner tool, just to make sure, but it found no CS5 files. So, I installed Java, and the popup is gone. Adobe needs to come up with a better solution than forcing people to install legacy Java.
