I have photoshop elements 3.0 on an old Windows 7 PC.   I would lkie to move it to a new Windows 10 PC.  I have lost the installation disk with the registration info.   Is there a way to just copy the files from the old PC to the new PC without the istallation disk?

No... programs must be installed for the correct Windows registration entries to be made

That program is old enough that Adobe does not provide a download... you need to buy the new version

From Adobe for a download only, or from Amazon if you want the disc

If you buy via download, ALWAYS copy it to at least one external device
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a CD or DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number

It likely won't run properly on Windows 10.

PSE version 5 doesn't, so I doubt  PSE version 3 will.
