What is the complete list of ports and IP addresses to be open/permited in our enterprise firewall in order to let internal PCs download and work with creative cloud applications?

Hey,

Adding some extra info:

https://activate.adobe.com/test

and

https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/

These currently resolve into 192.150.16.69 and 192.150.16.211 respectively.

You will also need port 80 and 443 available.

In specific the Adobe Application Manager is trying to access the following servers and ports:

• ccmdls.adobe.com:443

• ims-na1.adobelogin.com:443

• na1r.services.adobe.com:443

• prod-rel-ffc-ccm.oobesaas.adobe.com:443

• lm.licenses.adobe.com:443

• ccmdl.adobe.com:80

• swupmf.adobe.com:80

• swupdl.adobe.com:80

Cheers!

  • na1r.services.adobe.com:443

Our firewall only supports IP configuration (not URL). Do you have IP list?

Hi Rajashree,

Does Muse have the same port list? I have to forward it to white list in my PIA VPN service to be able to work in Muse while PIA connected.

Thnx!
