Premiere Pro not installing Error Code 146 (Mac)

I have been trying to download premiere pro on my mac several times but continually get an error message. Photoshop and all other apps work to install from Creative Cloud but not premiere pro.

I have deleted and reinstalled many times. updated my Mac, but nothing works. Please help resolve this..

 

This is the error message I am getting for Error Code 146

Cgoff87, Error 146 is occurring because the installer is unable to update the files in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Pro/14.0/AMT.  Please make sure that the current user account has read/write access and that any anti-virus or security software is not blocking the installation attempt.

You may have to disable SIP in recovery mode and manually grant permissions to that folder.
