Premiere Pro "failed to install correctly"

New Here ,
Jan 12, 2016 Jan 12, 2016

I installed the trial of Premiere Pro's most recent version on my Windows 7 laptop. I checked I had the requirements to run the program. After downloading I received an error message that the program had failed to install correctly when I tried to open it, and the Windows pop-up telling me the program had crashed and needed to be closed. I restarted my computer and closed all background start-up programs and tried again. I then uninstalled and restarted my computer, then reinstalled, After download and installation, I attempted to open the application from within CC, and then seperately from without. Here is my error code from the crash window in Windows:

If anyone can help me understand what to do with this I'd be extremely grateful. If I have missed information I can give it, no problem.
