Bonjour je ne parvient pas à installer after effect et première pro.. au téléchargement sur Creative Cloud on m'affiche :

"votre système ne dispose pas de la configuration requise... (Code d'erreur : 190)"

Jusque là c'est compréhensible mais voici ma configuration :

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @3.60GHz 3.60GHz

GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

OS - Windows  10 Professionnel

RAM - 32 GB

Check Windows 10 version,

Open Command prompt and type the command

winver 

Windows 10 OS shloud be  version1803 and above.

Tu peux faire un clic droit sur le setup et tu pars sur Proprietés, ensuite dans la section Mode de  compatibilité, Tu coches "Executer ce programme en mode de compatibilité pour:"

Tu sélectionnes"Wondows8"

Et tu repars exécuté le setup maintenant avec un double clic
