problème de place avec disques dur

Bonjour, dans mon pc, j'ai un disque dur C de 100go et un data 1T, mon disque C est presque full (aprés avoir installer creative cloud et dreamweaver il me reste moins de 2go), est il possible d'installer creative cloud et ses applications sur le data? ou avait vous une autre solution, j'ai vraiment un gros problème d'espace.
