Hello,
Since the release of the CS6 Products we have trouble to activate them over our business network. We always get a connection error saying that the software was unable to reach the activation-server.
When using a normal/direct internet connection without our firewall in between it works. So there probably is a certain port or website that gets blocked by our firewall. Sadly we were not yet able to find out which that could be.
So what I would like to know is the web-adress and port that has to be opened on firewalls for activating products from the Adobe LWS.
Thanks in Advance,
Andy
Well, that's what I've been told but sure, I can post them here too:
To activate the software please white list these ports:
ccmdls.adobe.com:443
ims-na1.adobelogin.com:443
na1r.services.adobe.com:443
prod-rel-ffc-ccm.oobesaas.adobe.com:443
lm.licenses.adobe.com:443
To locate and download updates:
ccmdl.adobe.com:80

Did all that but couldn't make it work so I used the lowest option and chatted with the support. After an hour I finally could get out the addresses and ports for our company. Will have to verrify them now.

if they are not specific to your company/firewall and could help others, could you post the needed info?

I looked up on that place too. Most of the links are in the "Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints" but some are nowhere to be found.
Plus I counted 12 documents that might could have an address in it relevant for licencing, deploying or downloading software. Chances are pretty hight, that we read over one link without notice or not knowing that it could help our problem.
But whatever, thaks to your support we have our solution!
