Problem downloading a Photoshop extension

I'm trying to download a Photoshop extension. I found the extension via Photoshop and successfully acquired it to Adobe Exchange. I launched my desktop application of Adobe Creative Cloud, made sure it was set up correctly, and then went to My Exchange to manage the extension. This is where the trouble starts, the extension is not in My Exchange and I get instead an error code 500. Can anyone suggest where I should start to trouble shoot? Thanks.

Thank you. I have been able to download the extension now. I didn't have to follow any of the steps from the link you provided, it just worked this morning.
