problema con el plan contratado

buenas tardes, tengo un problema con el plan que contrate hace algunos dias, ya que me encuentro que en ningun momento he comprado ningun plan, no me sale activo ni tampoco en los registro de historial. necesito arreglar el problema ya que yo estoy estudiando y necesito el programa lo antes posible. contrate el plan de estudiante, me hicieron el descuento en la tarjeta de credito. cuando lo compre no hubo problema pero dias despues fue como si no hubiese comprado ningun plan.

quedo atento a alguna respuesta.
