Problema Creative Cloud

Estimados:

Buenas tardes quisiera que me ayuden porque tengo un problema con mi cuenta de creative cloud que me sale el mensaje:

"something went wrong an unknow error has occured. Here's the error code if you want to contact customer support"

y me ponen un código de diferentes letras y números

Esta cuenta es de la empresa en la que trabajo y me estoy conectando remotamente para poder trabajar desde mi casa porque ahora intente abrir los archivos y me pidió actualizar la contraseña y después de actualizar me salió ese código pero también quisiera cambiar el celular de contacto porque nunca llegó el código para la actualización.

Por eso quisiera que alguien me ayude urgente
