Problems with creative cloud update

I have a little bit of a problem. Some time ago I downloaded photoshop, lighroom CC and classic with a version of creative cloud desktop app. Now it (creative cloud) is gone from my computer and I dont really know how to uninstall the programs in a safe way without it. I have tried downloading the new version of creative cloud but all it gives me access to is to download the programs that I already have on the computer. So in conclusion, I don't really know how to manage my downloads and delete lightroom classic without messing anything up. I think that I used to be able to do it through creative cloud but now I can only download all the programs again. Thanks in advance

the cc app wouldn't just disappear.  in fact, you cannot properly uninstall it while cc programs (eg, ps and lr) are installed on your computer.

if you "deleted" the cc app improperly, it should still be in the trash and able to be restored.  just restore it.
