Problems with Creative Cloud

Hi, I'm having problems with Adobe, my Creative Cloud application doesn't respond, I can't click any button. I am trying to open Illustrator and it is not responding either.

Anyone with an idea of what is going on?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
