Adobe users, I need some help:
But before I rant and complain about Adobe, I'll say this. I am a Mac guy. I used Apple software for creative works from 1988 to 2006. After much research, some testing and arguing with the team, and sleepless nights, I gambled and took a big risk on Adobe Production Premium. After a steep learning curve, and daily complaints from most of the team, it turned out better than I could have ever hoped. I have used Adobe products everyday since 2006 for video editing, grading... audio recoding, mixing, mastering, photography, website design, graphic design, 3D modeling and animation, PDF creation... Since 2006 I have owned and used every piece of Adobe software for my creative and production needs and loved it - wouldn't use anything else. There is no creative design and production software that even comes close to Adobe. It is the best there is and I want to keep using it, but this cloud BS is making me feel a little disregarded as a loyal customer of 15 years. So, here's my issue: I purchased Production Premium in 2012.
Can I download my products again? I had a total main drive/backup failure (a fire) and lost all of my "old" CS 5.5 apps that I love and depend on so much. I thought, no problem I have all the serial numbers, I'll just download them. Well, it appears Adobe will not allow me to download any of the CS 5.5 apps I purchased from them. But I can pay monthly to use, but never own them again. The only app I was able to download is Acrobat Pro which doesn't perform well as a video editing, graphic design, photography or audio mixing platform... Is there any possibility of getting my software back again? I just want to recover Production Premium 5.5. Here’s the short list of "old" of purchases listed on my account that aren't available for recovery:

Have you considered claiming on your insurance? You lost something valuable. Unfortunately it is also unobtainable, since you didn't make a safe backup, and given it has no price, the insurance might not pay.
CS2 and CS3, by the way, can no longer be installed even with the CD. But I can't imagine you were running CS2, since it didn't run on MacOS 10.7 and later. I assume you know that even if you had kept your CD safe, none of this would ever run on a new Mac.

Direct Download Links https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl MAY help
-you MUST do what it says in Note: Very Important Instructions
-https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html#download-instructions
-the prodesign links go directly to Adobe's file server, so this process
--will only work until Adobe completely removes the old version(s) from the server
.
When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number

cs2 and cs3 can be installed but they can no longer be activated, even on computers with compatible hardware.
cs 5.5, you can activate, for now. and, if you follow the directions (esp step 1), you can download from Download Adobe CS5.5 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant / Manager) | ProDesignTools but secure the download because that won't be available indefinitely. but you'll still need compatible hardware.
