program is not work please solve this error 프로그램 실행이 안돼요

program say they can't call resource file in and reinstall this program to solve this problem so i tried reinstall but the problem is not solved

프로그램을 다시 설치하라해서  모두 지우고 다시 설치를 해보았지만 똑같이 저 문구가 반복적으로 떠요
