On Sunday 30th, I bought the student Creative Cloud All apps yet nothing has changed on my account. My payment has been recieved according to my bank and confirmation emails. Clicking on "Plans" shows nothing as well. DJ8GWfC

In Adobe Cretive Cloud Desktop, the only options are to buy or begin trials of the applications. Following the instructions on https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html did nothing. I've updated, restarted and reinstall the applications and Adobe CC Desktop with the same effect. I've already been charged the and I have no other way of get the programs I need short of making more accounts and useing the free trials.

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

Thank you for the phone link. Because this is using a college email, there are no other support options for me
