Purchased Individual Creative Cloud subscription, cannot access Lightroom

Hi there, 

 

I have signed up and paid for a student creative cloud account. I can successfully use Premiere Pro however I can not access lightroom. When I log in it says access denied and to contact my IT administrator. I have contacted my university and they said I need to contact Adobe directly to access the apps. Can someone please help as I can not figure out how to contact Adobe directly?
