Estou tentando por dias cancelar minha assinatura sem sucesso.. é inacreditável como para cancelarmos um serviço encontramos tantas dificuldades.. já tentei de tudo e não aparece opção de cancelamento.. QUERO CANCELAR HJ PQ NAO USO MAIS.. ESSE É UM DIREITO MEU.. SE NAO CANCELAREM VOU ACIONAR JUDICIALMENTE A EMPRESA

Nem de graça quero e por favor cancele meus dados do cartão de crédito, vou escrever para Reclame aqui, falar mal nas redes sociais se não tiver uma resposta no meu EMAIL de cancelamento.

English chat is 24/24 7/7 -- French chat is during office hours, so I suppose it depends on your region. I found out about the French limits, when I screenshot the French screens for France. So yes, it may be that chat is not available 24/24. I did use until now only the English version.

It's a lie Adobe tell us that we can cancel in the web site. This option is not available. It's necessary to contact the support that never attends you.

Estou meses entrando, e todo mês a fatura.
Quando clico em gerenciar planos manda entrar em contato com fornecedores.
E fica um loop infinito.
Todo mes a cobrança sem eu ter usado.

Fiz o cadastro no adobe para modificar um documento, não funcionou da maneira que eu esperava e eu ainda estava dentro dos 7 dias gratuitos. Agora querem me cobrar sendo que nem atendeu minhas expectativas. Tente cancelar dentro dos 7 dias e adivinhem, não consegui. Caso não me retornem vou registrar queixa.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....
