I have an Adobe cs6 suite (yes, from 2014). I want now to re install it in a new computer.
I want to know if there are limit to the number of installment i can do.
Thank u very much
I believe that Creative Suite software originally shipped with 4 activations. If you needed more than that, you had to contact Adobe to reset the activation count for you.
Now that Creative Suite is discontinued and no longer supported, an activation count reset is all they can help you with. Use CS6 at your own risk.

You may activate on 2 computers
So always DE-activate before uninstalling on an old computer

You will need:
1. original media (disks or downloads) you received at purchase,
2. a legitimate serial number for that particular media, version and platform (Win/Mac),
3. an older operating system that can support legacy Creative Suite.

NOTE: Creative Suite installers won't work on macOS Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without terminal workarounds.

Creative Suite will not run on macOS Catalina. It cannot support older 32-bit software.

I have this question also... I am getting a refurbed computer with OS high sierra so I can continue using CS6 as I just can't afford this subs software model. I have it currently on 2 computers.. if I deactivate it on the one I am decommissioning and re install on my new one... will it activate as it is no longer recognised by adobe? and how does one deactivate? is there anything else one needs to know? I really am not much of a geek ..

I don't know what you mean by "no longer recognized by Adobe."
CS4, CS5 and CS6 are on life support. But they can still be activated providing you have the following:
1. original media (disks or downloads) you received at purchase and a way to read them,
2. a legitimate serial number for that version, language and platform (Win/Mac),
3. an older operating system that can support legacy 32-bit apps.

NOTE 2: Creative Suite will NEVER work on Catalina, Big Sur or higher.
NOTE 3: Legacy Creative Suite is discontinued & unsupported. Use at your own risk.

will it activate as it is no longer recognised by adobe?
CS6 will still activate, it is CS3 and earlier that will not... simply enter your serial number during the install
and how does one deactivate?
Click HELP and you will see a deactivate option (at least that is what I see in a Windows version)
