Bonjour

Moi non plus impossible d'annuler mon abonnement ! Aucun bouton direct pour l'annuler. Cela fait deux mois depuis mon déménagement que je tente de mettre fin à mon abonnement Adobe. C'est une honte ! Merci de me désabonner.

Bonjour Sheena,

j'ai également utilisé la proposition de 10 images gratuites et je me retrouve avec 4 mois d'abonnements à plus de 35€ par mois !!! Alors que je n'utilise jamais cette app… comment fair pour l'arrêter. Je suis client Créative Cloud depuis des années, mais là je ne peux pas continuer à payer Stock pour rien !!!

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue, I cannot unsubscribe my adobe creative cloud account. I've tried to reach Adobe by email, chat or phone (FR and US), no answer. Furthermore the link they ask to follow redirects to fake solutions or tutorials with no existing "unsubscribe button".

I'm really upset to find out a solution to unsubscribe, this is really not acceptable from Adobe.

Does someone can help me as, of course, my automatic subscription is coming with no way out....

En ayant contacté le support, ils ont résiliés mon abonnement directement même si ils ont tenté de m'en dissuader en m'invitant à discuter avec l'équipe technique. Le chat support est rapide mais je reste sur ma position en disant qu'on ne devrait pas avoir à discuter avec quelqu'un pour résilier son abonnement.

Bonjour, je souhaite annuler voire suspendre mon abonnement, je n'ai aucune possibilité de le faire. Aussi, je reçois des mails tous les jours car heureusement pour moi, ma carte bancaire arrivait à échéance en Décembre. Le dernier est une menace de résiliation avec obligation de payer des frais. JE SOUHAITE RÉSILIER MON ABONNEMENT. Prière de le comprendre et de le prendre en compte. Vos menaces ne m’impressionnent pas. Merci.

You guys are amazing : You're asking me to pay a fee while I already tried in every possible way to deactivate my membership as I'm currently working for a company who's currently paying for all of the CC applications...
You guys are crooks and  I am amazed that your website doesn't have a SIMPLE button to click and resign from the membership.

It's been going for 2 years and as I am a UX/UI designer, it seems that you guys made on purpose a site in which simple features do not even exist... a shame coming from Adobe evenmore as you guys develop website applications and so on.

Looking at the messages above, it seems that I'm not the only in that case so ABOUT YOU PEOPLE ADD A SIMPLE FEATURE where we can simply resign ?

En principe, en se connectant sous son identificateur Adobe, on trouve un Button « CANCEL » où similaire sous la gestion des abonnements. Si on ne trouve pas ce botton ou si on rencontre des problèmes il est impératif de contacter le service clients d’Adobe via le site web: Contact Customer Care
