Coretelligent, I branched your response to a new discussion since the previous discussion had not been active in several months and you found no value with any of the solutions suggested.

 

First though, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?  There is no membership associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum, nor does the address seem to be related to an individual account.  

 

You are currently posting in the Download and Installation forum, which is only designed to answer questions for individual Users who have full access to the computer and network they are using the software on.  If the software is being used for an organization, then this would not be the appropriate forum to be asking questions or looking for answers.
