I purchased the "Photography Plan" (LR Classic, Photo shop etc) 5 times in the past week  I cancelled each time due to the following :

Adobe rapidly acknowledged the payment and I downloaded the installer "Lightroom_Set-Up" each time. When I click this nothing happens, clicking "re-download" on the same page also does nothing.

I tried the "Chat support" twice and after battling my way past the "virtual assistant" which kept asking me the same question (my final answer "For God's sake get me a human" actually worked)  I seemed to be connected to a real person who, on each occasion promptly, offered to connect me to a "Tech Specialist" I waited for approximately 30 minutes the first time and 18 minutes the second time before deciding that Lightroom wasn't worth the hassle much as I like the software (I have LR 5 but recently purchased a Canon 5D Mk iv which is not compatible with LR 5)
