re-downloading help

I downloaded Adobe Cs6 Production Premium from Amazon and I recently did a factory reset on my computer. How can I obtain my serial number to re-download the products?

Was it a purchased from Amazon as well?

You need to get in touch with Amazon to get the serial number then.

Yes it was purchased from Amazon. It gave me the Product Key only. The first time I installed on my computer, I had to go through adobe to get my serial key.
