Please am a first time user so was given 7 day trial period so wanted to open my encrtypted bank stament this app did not give a chance to download it then as I go back to my bank statment I clicked where it says download there Comes Mr Adobe on pretext that get me; for free 30 day trial period bt before you can Enjoy my services I need commitment that U serious about this relationship so I wont charge you now;!!! only after 30 days I will then I will charge you then for now commit(upgrade will flash non stop even ur close all tabs and reopen Mr Acrobat wil be waiting to give you a warm welcome no matter how long you are offlline)so my security for commitment enter your bank deatails then wil see you after 30days when you start to pay me.The moment you give ur bank details as security he takes Your money same time,This is bad business ethics for Mr Acrobat how can sweet talk then change his mind in less than a minute he takes your money THE worst part is you have lost money and NO service you wanted from him ??? As for me he told me you cant use me on your phone you have to have Desk top wat ever.Please I ask you to pay back my 3O8ZAR AND SOME CENTS did not budget for you its Covid 19 pandemic am the house the whole day have a heart and payback in these Difficult times Do as you have promised dont do the opposite How Can I recomend you to a friend with such a behaviour Yours faithfully Zebron please do the right thing and pay back God Bless you

Did you buy a subscription directly from the Adobe web site?
