Re-install Premiere Pro 2019

Is it possible to install Prmeiere Pro 2019 in any way? I have a Mac that is overdue for upgrade but still in production needing to use this software. We've avoided upgrading this machine for a while but now we need to do a fresh install and are afraid that will essentially kill this Nvidia based machine. Without CUDA it's worthless.

Can we install CC 2020 and get Pr 2019 (v13.x)

The cloud manager provides the current and ONE older version
