Lightroom 6.9 disc won't install on Windows 10

Lr 6 should install fine on any Windows-10 system. (unlike the new Mac Catalina OS!)

Lr 6 requires Windows-10 or Windows-7 SP1.

I do not know about "bundled" software, but if you have a Serial Number for v6 I would not see a problem, and you could download the last Lightroom 6 'complete' install version 6.14 from- https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-previous-version-apps-download.html

(Serial Numbers are 24 numerals in length starting with 1160.....)

I cannot find a non-creative suite version of Adobe Lightroom 6 on this site. I have it on disc but it won't load on my new windows 10 workstation. The install DVD isn't recognized and emmediately ejects when I load it. Is there any way I can use my software on this computer?
