Read-only files in my deleted items taking up Cloud space

I recently got the notification that I was out of Cloud Storage, which was weird cause I had nothing in my Creative Cloud folder that shares between my computers at work. When I investigated what was going on in my online account, I went to the deleted items and saw a ton of old stuff in the folder. So, I tried to delete them all but there are a TON that are read-only. I think they might be from libraries that were shared with me from my teammates, but I dont really know - none of them look familiar.

 

My question is - how do I delete read-only items from my deleted items folder in assets.adobe.com/deleted ? They're taking up valuable storage space!
