I sadly deleted my account but i really need my mail and account back because I need to use it for school in this COVID 19 period.

I don't know what "deleting my account" means exactly. Was this some action taken on your computer or online in your account portal?
From whom do you obtain your Creative Cloud Plan? If it comes from the school, contact your school's IT dept for assistance.
If you subscribed from Adobe directly, contact Adobe Customer Care.
