Redeem a Creative Cloud Bonus Code for Eligible Adobe Stock Contributors

I am a subscriber to Adobe Photoshop 2017, 2018, 2019. The next update date for my plan is 11/22/2020. In early 2020, I received a Creative Cloud bonus code for Adobe Stock Contributors. The validity period of the code was specified for one year. Today, 11/10/2020, I decided to use my bonus code, but on the site https://redeem.adobe.com/ there is a message that the code has expired. There was no point in using the code at the time of receipt, because the annual subscription on November 22, 2019 for 2020 had already been paid.
If I earned a bonus for my work at Adobe Stock in 2019-2020, please renew my bonus code until the next payment date on 11/22/2020. I am waiting for an answer to E-mail: xxxxx
