Redeemed code for a free one year Photography plan but still paying for it

Help guys, it's the first time I post here.

The story goes thus: I started paying for the Photography plan but then I received a free one year from Adobe due to my activity as Adobe Stock Contributor. Activated the code but now I see I am still being charged monthly. What to do? Any tips much appreciated.
